Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdtk4 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdtk4 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you"). By using any service on bdtk4, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Important: This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

1. General Provisions

bdtk4 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers a variety of entertainment services including slot games, cricket betting, live casino, and fishing games.

1.1 Formation of Agreement

These terms, together with bdtk4's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and the rules of any specific games or promotions, form a complete agreement. In the event of any conflict, these general terms shall apply.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
  • You are participating voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
  • You may hold only one account in your name.
  • You are not the owner of a previously closed or banned account.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, bdtk4's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration

Registration on bdtk4 is completely free. However, providing accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory.

2.1 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide true and accurate information, including:

  • Valid mobile number
  • Correct date of birth
  • An active email address (where applicable)

2.2 Verification

bdtk4 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, such as a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Note: Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

bdtk4 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank)

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method.

3.3 Identity Verification

Identity verification is mandatory to complete a withdrawal. bdtk4 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will apply.

Security Notice: Always use your own payment method when making deposits and withdrawals. Payments through third parties are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

  • Minimum deposit amount of ৳300.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
  • After receiving the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
  • Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 Other Promotions

bdtk4 regularly runs various promotional offers, tournaments, and special events. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus benefits are abused or obtained through fraudulent means, bdtk4 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

Warning: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been completed.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bdtk4:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • bdtk4 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to a technical error.
  • The maximum bet amount may vary depending on the game or event.
  • If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, winnings may be held until an investigation is completed.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

For bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and other sports events, if an event is cancelled or suspended, action will be taken in accordance with bdtk4's own settlement policy.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds are subject to change during live betting. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted will be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

6.1 Fraud and Manipulation

  • Using software, bots, or automation tools to place automatic bets.
  • Using any hacking or illegal methods to influence game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.

6.2 Money Laundering

  • Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
  • Transferring funds from or to third-party accounts.

6.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassing, threatening, or demeaning other users.
  • Misconduct toward the customer service team.
  • Opening or using an account with false information.
  • Conducting cyber attacks against the platform.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and funds may be confiscated. Legal action will also be taken where applicable.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 bdtk4's Rights

bdtk4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or evidence of fraud.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

7.2 User Request to Close Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. In the case of a voluntary closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance, provided no terms have been violated.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bdtk4 may follow its designated inactivity policy, which may include applicable maintenance fees.

8. Privacy and Security

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

bdtk4 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we are not responsible for temporary disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third parties.

9.2 Game Results

All games are operated under fair play principles. bdtk4 does not predict or guarantee game outcomes. Betting and gaming are inherently risky.

12.3 Time Limit

Complaints related to any transaction or game result must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints made after this period may not be considered.
